Iconic 'Welcome to Las Vegas' sign turns into memorial after mass shooting

LAS VEGAS (KSAZ) - Some normalcy is returning to the Las Vegas Strip after the tragic events on Sunday night.

Las Vegas Boulevard between Tropicana and Russell Road was reopened last night and parts across the concert venue were also reopened.

The iconic "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign has been turned into a memorial for the shooting victims.
