Jury selection scheduled in case of murdered agent

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Terry's killing exposed the federal government's botched "Fast and Furious" gun running sting. The operation was designed to track illegal gun sales to traffickers, one of those guns was used to kill Agent Terry, now two men are facing trial.

In Fast and Furious ATF agents let criminals buy guns in an effort to track them across the border. But the agents lost track of up to 2,000 weapons including the two found at the scene. A federal judge ruled that no testimony about the program will be allowed during the upcoming trial.
