PHOENIX (KSAZ) -- According to new research, the average American worker's workload increase about 33%, when their co-worker takes time off, whether that is for vacation or sick time.

The study also found that more than half say they find it more stressful when a co-worker is out, and 37% admit to having resentment towards them, when they return.
