Known sex offender from California arrested in Goodyear

GOODYEAR, Ariz. (KSAZ) - Police arrested a known sex offender from California after finding him inside a vehicle with a valley teen over the weekend.

Goodyear police say 44-year-old Monte Fuller was arrested after police found him sitting in a car with a 13-year-old girl at Thomas Park on Sunday night.

Fuller had been staying in Goodyear since early March and is a known sex offender from California.

He has been charged with failure to register as a sex offender within the required 10-day period, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and unlawful imprisonment.

Fuller has been booked into Fourth Avenue Jail.
