Kurt and Brenda Warner host 2nd annual Celebrity Game Night

PHOENIX (FOX 10) - If you ask Kurt Warner about his Celebrity Game Night, he'll probably tell you this:

"Celebrity Game Night is really taking the Warner household and putting on a bigger scale," he said.

Hosted by Kurt and his wife Brenda, their second annual Celebrity Game Night boasts big names like Larry Fitzgerald in a cozy, although competitive environment.

The evening features a mix of games, like giant Jenga and air hockey, as well as trivia. Kurt says he wants everyone smiling ear-to-ear.

"A chance to be interactive with the audience members, celebrities from the Valley, have fun, win prizes," he said.

But the most important goal of the night isn't one that can be scored, but rather to raise funds for Treasure House, the unique active-living home community for adults with cognitive and developmental disabilities opened by the Warners in September.

"Treasure House is movin' and shakin' and growin'," Kurt said. "We opened up about five months ago and we're continuing to fine tune that place and the buzz coming from the families and the young adults that are residents there has been incredible."

The Warners were inspired by their son, Zach, to open Treasure House, a dream turned into reality thanks to a labor of love.

Kurt says they can't wait to see what the future holds.

"We're starting to see our vision come to pass, although we still have a long way to go and that's the reason for Celebrity Game Night, but we're really excited about where Treasure House is at right now," he said.
