Loved ones gather to remember woman gunned down, her body kept by shooter

Family and friends gathered for a memorial to remember a woman brutally gunned down before her body was left for days in the killer's home.
The accused killer told investigators she opened fire because the victim didn't believe in god.
Loved ones of 20-year-old Crystal Hillman gathered just a few blocks away from where her body was discovered late last week and they encouraged friends to bring a candle and to remember their sweet Crystal.
Dozens of photos tell the story of Crystal Hillman. She was a fun, silly, sweet and caring girl.
Sadly her life was cut short.
Police found Crystal's body inside the apartment of 39-year-old Anitra Braxton December 26th.
According to police, Crystal was shot in the head and then wrapped in a towel on Braxton's couch. Evidence suggests crystal could have been there for up to three days.
Now shocked and trying to pick up the pieces, Crystal’s loved ones are clinging to the memory of the sweet fun-loving girl they knew with handwritten messages, candles and prayers.
“She was always smiling,” says Rachel Tate, Crystal’s sister. “My sister was very smart, and beautiful, and you know what, she didn't deserve any of this. I'm going to miss her forever and always because she always smiled even till the end, no matter what it was, she was funny, she loved the kids."
Records show Braxton has been in and out of prison since 2003, serving time for forgery, drugs and burglary.
As of now, she's being held on a $75,000 bond, and has been charged with first-degree murder.
