TEMPE, Ariz. (KSAZ) - A man is suspected of taking pictures of women in bathroom stalls and there are several victims.
Police say they received a call regarding surreptitious photographing at the Arizona State University campus' Education Lecture Hall on Monday night.
Officers say the suspect, Xiaoyuan Zhang, gave them permission to look through his phone. That's when they saw images of women while they were in the bathroom stalls.
In an interview with police, Zhang stated that he took the photos and videos because he had a dirty mind.
Zhang, 22, was arrested and booked into the 4th Avenue Jail. He has a $5,000 secured bond and is on an immigration hold.
