Man and woman rescued from storm drain

Tense moments for a man and woman in the valley who were stuck in a storm drain in the overnight hours. Their whole rescue was caught on camera by Phoenix firefighters.
The video was sent in by Phoenix Fire Department, whose crews worked to free that couple.  The rescue took place in the area of 17th street and Osborn around 1am.  Phoenix Fire says the man and woman, who are both in their early 40s, entered the storm drain from another location while trying to find a missing dog.
A bicyclist heard their cries for help and called 911.  Crews used special tools, training and sheer grit to free those two.  The good news is that neither one of them was hurt, but the bad news is that they still didn't find that dog.
