PHOENIX (FOX 10) - Firefighters say a Valley man was bitten by a rattlesnake while hiking on South Mountain Tuesday morning.
Firefighters say the man was able to hike down the trail on his own.

The hiker with the snake bite was able to hike down the trail without the assistance of firefighters. The mountain rescue response has been cancelled.— Phoenix Fire Dept. (@PHXFire) April 9, 2019
