Man found shot to death in Phoenix neighborhood

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Police say a man was found shot to death in a Phoenix neighborhood late Tuesday night.

Phoenix police say 33-year-old Jubel Perkins Jr. was found lying in the street near 19th Street and Adams. He was suffering from a gunshot wound and did not survive his injuries.

Investigators say the victim was interacting with a group of African-American males when an argument broke out and Perkins was shot.

The suspect left the scene on foot and remain on the loose.
