Man in critical condition after being shot multiple times

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - A man is in critical condition after being shot multiple times outside his home.

Phoenix police say the victim was shot multiple times outside his home near 16th Avenue and Sahuaro. The victim was outside arguing with the suspect, when the suspect pulled out a weapon and shot him multiple times.

Immediately after the shooting, the suspect stole a bicycle at gunpoint from a witness, who was inside the house, and then left the area.

Police say the suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his 40s, 5'9" to 6'0," 230 to 250 pounds and with neck tattoos. He was last seen wearing a black and white jacket and dark pants.
