Man shot in front of his home, reward offered

Police have released surveillance video after a man was injured in a shooting near 35th Avenue and Baseline in early September. A reward is offered for information leading to the suspect's arrest.

Police say early in the morning the victim was leaving his home and approached a car when he was confronted by the suspect, who opened fire and shot him in the chest. The suspect then fled eastbound.

The victim was rushed to the hospital and has survived the shooting.

The suspect is described as a white man, about 25 years old, six feet tall, weighing about 150 pounds with a goatee. A person of interest, who was with the suspect, is only described as a white male.
