McCain weighs in on ISIS attack in Paris

Sen. John McCain is weighing in on the terror attacks in Paris, saying they could have been prevented. McCain is laying some of the blame on the shoulders of President Barack Obama.

McCain says he predicted an ISIS attack was coming, although not necessarily in Paris.

"We're going to have to kill ISIS and we're going to have to have boots on the ground," McCain says, lashing out at President Obama, saying he has not done enough to stop the terror group. He says Friday's attacks did not have to happen, and were the direct result of a president who says is not leading.

"I think that President Obama was completely wrong when he said that we had contained ISIS just because we had killed Jihadi John. The president is out of touch with the realities of the threat we face."

The French President confirms ISIS was behind the terror attacks in Paris that left more than 100 people dead.

McCain also says we need to get young minds out of radical Islam and into the more moderate Islam.
