Police say William Ballard, 36, and Delaney Crissinger, 32, were high when they passed out in their car with two babies in the backseat. Read more.

Taylor Williams is accused of attacking and robbing an 88-year-old man who gave him $10. Read more.

Police say Edwin Diaz came up with a plan to get a free TV, by using his 10-year-old son to walk it right out the front doors of a Walmart. But first, they say, he had to create a distraction. Read more.
