Officials investigate fatal house fire in south Phoenix

PHOENIX, Ariz. (FOX 10) - The Phoenix Fire Department is investigating a deadly house fire in south Phoenix.

Phoenix Fire says the fire broke out Saturday at 7:30 a.m. near Broadway and 15th Avenue.

Officials said a man was able to escape, but Maria Corona, 64, died.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
