PCSO: 3 men bust into wrong home, demand "weed and money"

Three men in search of drugs and money invaded a home, terrorizing a man and woman inside, but Pinal County Sheriff's deputies say the suspects busted into the wrong place and they need your help to catch them.

On August 22 at 11:00 p.m. in Arizona City, just south of the valley near Eloy, PCSO deputies say a 46-year-old man and his roommate, a woman in her 60s, were inside this home.

"Somebody knocked on the door and he answered, then these guys came in with bandanas," said the woman.

They demanded "weed and money."

The man who opened the door asked what they were talking about.

"One had a pistol and hit him in the face, told him to get down on the floor. The other went to the back and saw me, he got scared and took off," she said.

He cursed knowing he was in the wrong place. On the street, they yelled, "If you move, we'll shoot you," and they took off from the scene.

So what do the victims and their neighbors want? They would like to see these bad guys get arrested.

"This is what happened. I don't know who they were... I was scared. I thought it happened so fast, I was just scared," said the woman. "I dialed 9-1-1 right away. They need more streetlights here."

Deputies say the suspects were described as African-American males, one being 6' tall with a thin build, wearing dark clothing. Two other suspects are described as average height and medium build. One suspect had a blue bandana covering his face and a white shirt with stripes. At least one suspect was armed with a black handgun.
