PHOENIX (KSAZ) - A former Mesa police officer charged with the shooting death of an unarmed suspect was on the stand Wednesday.
For the first time since the 2016 shooting death of Daniel Shaver, Philip Brailsford is talking about why, he said, he shot Shaver.
