Phoenix police identify victim, suspects in deadly shooting

Phoenix police have identified the victim, as well as the suspects involved in a murder that happened on Friday.

According to the statement that was released Monday afternoon, officers responded to a shooting at the 5900 block of W. McDowell road at approximately 11:20 p.m. Friday. When officers arrive, they found 38-year-old Roberto Silva-Perez in a car, with gunshot wounds.

Silva-Perez, who police say is also known as Victor Cuadral and Jose Ramirez-Adriano, was declared dead at the scene.

According to police, the three suspects involved attempted to flee on foot in the area of Third Avenue and Yuma Street, but were caught by officers. The three, identified as 33-year-old Crystal Amy Allison, 26-year-old Anthony Elias Thomas, and 35-year-old Luis Carlos Urias, are facing murder, armed robbery, and related drug charges.

The suspects allegedly discarded drugs and a gun as they fled from police.
