Phoenix Police investigating shooting death of 22-year-old man

Phoenix Police officials are asking for the public's help, as they investigate the shooting death of a 22-year-old man.

The man, according to Phoenix Police officials, is identified as Juan Herrera. Police responded to the 6900 block of West Virginia Avenue at 6:25 a.m. on Friday, after people living in the are reported hearing shots being fired. Herrera, who was found with a gunshot injury, was taken to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
