PHOENIX (FOX 10) -- Phoenix Police officials say a 42-year-old man has been arrested, accused of exposing and touching himself in front of a juvenile in late March.
According to a statement released Thursday night, the incident happened on March 27, in the area of St. John Road and 28th Street, near 32nd Street and Bell Road. The victim was walking along E. St. John Road from 28th Street when the suspect, identified as Victor Ochkur, drove up on a gray four-door sedan and tried to talk with the victim, while he exposed and touched himself.
Over the next few weeks, Phoenix Police officials said investigators worked to identify and locate the suspect, and Ochkur was arrested on Thursday after a witness spotted the suspect vehicle and notified police.
Ochkur, according to Phoenix Police officials, is set to be booked into jail on a count of Public Sexual Indecency.
