Phoenix police: Man assaulted after exiting city bus

Phoenix police are looking for five people who they say demanded money from a 28-year-old man and assaulted him after exiting a city bus.

According to police, on April 21, the suspects approached the man on the bus and told him he would be assaulted if he didn't give them his money.

After handing over the money, the man exited the bus and was assaulted by the five suspects near 44th Street and Indian School Road.

The suspects are described as follows:

  • Black male in his 20s, 5'5" tall, 170 pounds and wearing a black shirt and tan pants.
  • Black male in his 20s, 6'0" tall, 140 pounds and wearing a dark shirt and pants.
  • Black female in her 20s, wearing a white T-shirt with "Arizona" printed on it.
  • Hispanic female in her 20s, wearing a white and grey shirt with black shorts.
  • Black male in his 20s, wearing all black clothing and red shoes.
