Phoenix police: Man kills wife, turns gun on himself

PHOENIX (FOX 10) - Phoenix police say two people are dead after a man shot and killed his wife, then turned the gun on himself.

According to Sgt. Tommy Thompson, officers responded to a home near Seventh Avenue and Bell Road on Sunday night to conduct a welfare check on 36-year-old Jocelyn Casdorph and her husband, 47-year-old Victor Issa.

Police say officers forced their way into the home and found both Casdorph and Issa dead.

Police believe Issa shot and killed Casdorph before turning the gun on himself.
