Phoenix Police searching for two suspects in separate murder cases

- Phoenix Police officials are asking for the public's help, as they search for suspects in connection with two separate murder incidents.

In a statement, police say 37-year-old Santiago Ismael Lopez-Lobatos is wanted for a murder that happened at 4:56 p,.m. on Sunday, June 3, near the 1600 block of S. 29th Avenue. On that day, Lopez-Lobatos, along with 38-year-old Gilberto Pineda-Yanez and a co-worker, arrived at a home in the area. The suspect and Pineda-Yanez entered the house as the co-worker unloaded a work truck, and police believe Lopez-Lobatos shot Pineda-Yanez while inside the home, and then fled on foot. The co-worker heard the gunshots, and entered the home to find Pineda-Yanez dead.

Lopez-Lobatos is described by Phoenix Police as 5'5" tall, weighing 160 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.

The other incident, according to Phoenix Police, happened at 4:43 p.m. on Monday, June 25, in the 5600 block of S. 13th Place. Officials say 38-year-old Terrance Lamb entered a home in the area, and shot two people dead before fleeing in a van. The victims were identified by Phoenix Police as Ricky Elam and Ja'Cory Ranger.

Police describe Lamb as a black man, 6'5" tall, weighing 300 lbs with a beard. The van has been described as a white 1997 Chevrolet Express Van with Arizona License Plate number CGK2031.
