Phoenix police: Teen suspected of being Bridle Path flasher

PHOENIX (AP) -- A teenage boy has been arrested and accused of exposing himself to women on a popular jogging path in central Phoenix.

Phoenix police say the 17-year-old was approaching women who were jogging or walking on the dirt path in June and August.

Police also received information from other witnesses in the area of a suspicious person matching the suspect's description who was frequenting the area known as the Bridle Path along north Central Avenue.

The teen's name isn't being released because of his age.

Police say he's facing one count of public sexual indecency and two counts of indecent exposure.

He has been detained at the Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections.
