Police: Man stabbed multiple times at Glendale apartment complex

Glendale police are investigating a stabbing that happened just before 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday near 56th Avenue and Camelback Road.

Authorities say several people were hanging out together at an apartment complex. The adult victim told police he was in a room with a man who had been invited in the home. At some point, the suspect displayed a knife and stabbed him multiple times.

"It is unknown what led to the stabbing. The Hispanic male suspect fled the scene with another possibly Hispanic/ black adult male and a Hispanic/Indian female. It was reported that they also took a laptop and cell phone from the home. The three suspects appeared to be in their 20's," stated GPD's Tracey Breeden.

The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
