PHOENIX (FOX 10) -- Phoenix Police officials say three men are facing various charges, after a gun was found in a seat carrier, underneath a one-year-old child.
According to a statement released Tuesday afternoon, the three men were arrested approximately 6:08 p.m. on Monday. Police officers were responding to calls of shots fired at the 2700 block of E. Squaw Peak Drive at the time, and when they arrived, they determined that three men were in the area, shooting a handgun at a Saguaro cactus.
The three suspects are identified by Phoenix Police as 23-year-old Aaron Bradford, 38-year-old Kyonnie Hodge, and 29-year-old Forte Nicholas. Police officials say Nicholas had his one-year-old child with him in a seat carrier, and a handgun was found in the child's seat carrier, right underneath the child. The three suspects have since been booked into jail. An investigation is ongoing.
