Property management move woman out of hazardous apartment

A FOX follow up on one of our top stories from Tuesday, a Valley woman was living in fear of the wiring in her apartment. A lot of things have changed since that story aired.
The property management company that collects her rent is now making repairs to her apartment.
Frances Bohnsack said she didn't feel safe living in her apartment.
"What's happening is these two bars here do not connect because they sizzle... the connections, the power will surge and buzz and then the power will go off," said Frances Bohnsack.
It turns out her property management company CR Property Services are moving Frances to a new home while her apartment is being renovated. It's a few blocks away.
"They came out this morning and two electricians put in a whole new panel, whole new wiring, this is temporary, they will have to move me somewhere else," said Bohnsack.
Frances says once she moves back to her apartment it will be a much-improved place.
"They will put in a new bathroom and tub, and pull tile out, and paint everything, and make it right and I am coming back," said Bohnsack.
The City of Phoenix is the only city in the state that operates a landlord/tenant counseling program to resolve situations like this.
