Reward involved to find convenience store robber

- Police are offering a reward to help find a man who jumped the counter at a west Phoenix Circle K and robbed the store.

Officers say on Friday, October 9th, the suspect walked into a Circle K near 63rd Avenue and Maryland in Glendale and began to approach the counter to make a purchase.  When the clerk opened the register, he jumped over the counter, showed he was carrying a handgun, and removed the money from the tray.

The suspect was last seen running eastbound from the area.  He's described as a man, 5'5" to 5'7", 230 to 250 pounds, and has a mustache.

If you know who he is, you're asked to call 480-WITNESS.  You can remain anonymous and there's a cash reward of up to $1,000 involved.
