Reward offered for Shell station robbery suspect

Police are searching for a suspect accused of committing an armed robbery at a Shell gas station.  A reward has been offered for information leading to an arrest.
According to Sgt. James Rothschild with Silent Witness, the suspect entered the Shell station at 8am on Friday, September 23rd.  The man pretended to be a customer and asked about where an item was located.  Then the suspect walked up to the counter, showed the clerk a handgun and demanded money from the register.  The clerk handed money to the suspect, who left the store on foot.
The suspect is described as a black man in his twenties, about five feet ten inches to six feet tall, weighing about 150 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and a trimmed goatee.  He was reportedly wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black long shirts, and red shoes.  Anyone with information on the armed suspect is asked to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.  You can remain anonymous and there is a cash reward involved.
