Scottsdale woman arrested for leaving 9-month-old unattended

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (KSAZ) - A woman is facing charges after she allegedly left her 9-month-old son unattended for more than 40 minutes.

Scottsdale police say officers found Jasmine Gutierrez's son covered in dirt and vomit and wandering near the pool gate at the Oasis at Scottsdale Apartment Complex.

This is the second time police have been called regarding her child being left outside alone.

Gutierrez is facing child endangerment charges.
