Search for suspects continue, after Arizona State University students were robbed at gunpoint

Three Arizona State University (ASU) students had quite a scare early Sunday morning, after they were reportedly robbed at gunpoint.

Now, Tempe Police are looking for the suspects.

The incident happened near ASU's Tempe Campus, and the first 911 call came from the area of First Street and Farmer, just before 1:30 a.m.

About 30 minutes later, the second call came in from University Drive and Dorsey, about 2.5 miles away. Police officials said in both of these cases, the students were robbed by men who were wearing dark clothing and masks.

Although the robberies happened so close together, investigators said they are not 100% sure they are connected.

The second suspect is described as being in his 30s, about 5' 7" tall, with a medium build. Both were reportedly wearing dark clothing, with masks covering their faces.
