Serious crash closed I-17 south of Flagstaff

NEAR FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (KSAZ) - ADOT officials say a serious crash resulted in the closing of of I-17's northbound lanes near Flagstaff on Monday.

According to a statement released Monday afternoon, the highway's northbound lanes are closed at milepost 313, near Stoneman Lake. Drivers were urged to postpone travel through the area, until the crash is cleared and weather conditions improve.

The roadway was eventually reopened.
