Sheriff calls for citizens to take action in mass shootings

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio responded to the San Bernardino mass shootings by giving condolences to the victims and urging citizens to take action.

"I requested three days ago, all armed citizens take action in situations like this," said Joe Arpaio.

Sheriff Arpaio urged citizens to take actions in mass shootings such as the Paris Attacks during a press conference earlier this week until law enforcement could arrive.
