Shoppers line up for Hatchimals Sunday morning

Target stores have a new shipment of what's known as the hottest toy of the holidays and they went on store shelves on Sunday morning.

People were lined up at Target stores at 44th Street and Thomas and at Christown Spectrum Mall this morning. As many as 30 people were in line at Christown Spectrum.

For a second Saturday in a row, people were lined up all night long at Target stores in the valley to try and get their hands on the toy. It is sold out at most stores, although stores like Wal-Mart and Toys 'R' Us reportedly receive new shipments as well. Children can reportedly teach the toy to walk, talk and dance; the interactive toy lights up and makes noises. The toy costs $59.99.

More Hatchimals may arrive at Target stories during the week. Customers are encouraged to call their local target to check on supplies.
