SILENT WITNESS: Man sought in connection with burglary at Phoenix home

Phoenix Police are asking for the public's help, as they search for a man in connection with two burglary incidents at a Phoenix home in early July.

According to a statement released by Sergeant Jamie Rothschild with Silent Witness, the first incident happened at 2:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 5, and the second incident happened at the same time of the day, on Sunday, July 9. Both incidents took place at a home in the area of 1500 W. Osborn Road in Phoenix.

Authorities said during the first incident, the suspect allegedly stole a surveillance camera from the victim's home. The victim, who owns the home, replaced the camera, only to have the suspect steal that camera on July 9. Authorities also said the suspect broke into several garage sheds.

The suspect is described as a white man, about 30 to 40 years of age, with a beard and mustache. The suspect was wearing a white baseball hat and white tank top at the time.
