Six Phoenix post offices are open on Sundays during the holiday season

- Officials with the United States Postal Service (USPS) said Friday that six of its post offices in Phoenix will stay open in the coming four Sundays, in order to make holiday shopping more convenient.

According to a statement, the following locations will remain open on November 26, December 3, December 10, and December 17:

  • Phoenix Main Post Office at 4949 E. Van Buren Street
  • Phoenix Ahwatukee Post Office at 11010 S. 51st Street
  • Phoenix Daisy Mountain Post Office at 44047 N. 43rd Avenue
  • Phoenix Northeast Post Office at 5021 N. 20th Street
  • Phoenix Sierra Adobe Post Office at 1902 W. Union Hills Drive
  • Phoenix Washington Post Office at 8155 N. Black Canyon Highway

Those locations, according to USPS officials, will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., on the four Sundays listed.

In addition, USPS officials said its main post office will open on Saturdays, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while the rest of the locations listed will also be open on Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
