PHOENIX (FOX 10) - The Irish culture thrived through the streets of Phoenix on Saturday for this year's St. Patrick's Day parade.
People joining in on the celebration all wore green outside of the Irish Cultural Center.
The bagpipes, four-leaf clovers, and Fox 10's very own Ron Hoon kicked off the St. Patrick's Day celebration through Central Avenue. The Irish parade ended with a fair filled with traditional Irish dancers, food, and lots of drinks.
People joining in the celebration are not only enjoying the culture, but also the fresh weather.
"I love it, [and] I'm [of] Irish descent, too," one parade-goer said. "And it's a gorgeous day, [an] absolutely gorgeous day."
St. Patrick's Day is Sunday, March 17th.
