Suspect accused of stealing $25,000 in equipment

Police are searching for a suspect who stole $25,000 worth of equipment from a business in central Phoenix.

The crime happened sometime between July 1st and July 5th at Asphalt Technologies located near 3rd Street and Watkins in Phoenix.

According to Silent Witness spokesperson Sgt. James Rothschild, the suspect broke into the business and stole several pieces of heavy machinery. The stolen property is valued at about $25,000.

A reward is offered for information leading to the suspect's arrest. You're asked to call 480-WITNESS and you can remain anonymous.
