Tempe PD release body camera footage of officer involved shooting

Tempe Police are releasing details and body camera footage in an officer involved shooting that happened two days after Christmas.
A man was shot and killed by officers who were called out to remove him from his girlfriend's property. Officers say he was armed with a knife and ignored several commands to drop the weapon as he walked toward them, so they were forced to shoot.
The girlfriend of 34-year-old Sean Mould called Tempe Police saying he was drunk, irate, and refusing to leave her home. Now she regrets making that call because it ended with gunfire and Mould being shot and killed by officers.
The 9-1-1 call captured the moments leading up to Mould's death. During the call, you can hear Mould swearing at her.
Mould: "Where's my phone?"
Girlfriend: "Your phone's right there."
Mould: "Where."
Girlfriend: "Right down there."
Mould: "you (expletive) Cambodians are (expletive) disgusting."
Mould then left the home but was in the front yard when officers arrived. Tempe Police say he walked toward officers armed with a knife and ignored commands to drop the weapon.
Officer: "Shots fired, shots fired! The suspect is down; he dropped the knife."
Another officer arrived on the scene; the body camera shows him walking past Mould's body as other officers try to revive him. He approaches Mould's ex-girlfriend and mother who came out of the home.
Girlfriend: "Did the ambulance come?"
Officer: "Ambulance is coming on its way."
Girlfriend: "He ok?"
Officer: "I don't know, he was coming at the officer with a knife."
Girlfriend: "Oh my God I can't believe this."
The officer then walked towards Mould's body as two other officers continue doing chest compressions. He then put a marker on the knife located on the ground and walked back to the ex-girlfriend.
Girlfriend: "He was being argumentative, it's my fault."
Officer: "No, it's not your fault."
Girlfriend: "It's my fault, I should've never called you guys."
The officer who opened fire shooting Mould has been put on administrative leave pending an internal investigation. In his report the second officer who was there during the shooting and said he drew his gun as well, but put it away to reach for his Tazer. As he was reaching for his Tazer, he says that's when the other officer fired two shots at Mould.
