Police are looking for Matthew Joshua Uriarte, 24. He's accused of shooting and killing Marco Antonio Hernandez, 28.

Investigators say Uriarte was inside the vehicle with Hernandez but then left the scene on foot. They say the shooting happened over an argument the two were having about a monetary debt.
