TEMPE, Ariz. (KSAZ) -- Officials with Tempe Union High School announced Thursday afternoon that Compadre Academy is on a "modified lockdown" due to a bomb threat.
In a statement e-mailed to FOX 10, Executive Director of Communications Jennifer Liewer said the bomb threat was received earlier on Thursday, and Tempe Police are investigating on scene. Parents have also been notified.
According to Tempe Union High School District's website, students at the school are continuing to work in their classrooms. The lockdown has since been lifted.
