PHOENIX, Ariz. (KSAZ) - The cannabis edibles kitchen market is said to be flourishing. So much so, that one of the largest medical marijuana dispensary operators has opened a kitchen right here in the Valley.
Each and every dish cooked up in the Mint Dispensaries state of the art kitchen is infused with cannabis.
The Mint Dispensary is the operator of one of the largest medical cannabis dispensaries in the United States. This week it launched it's first full service cannabis kitchen in Tempe.
Everything from sweet to savory, the kitchen will offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
Chef Carylann Princial, a caner survivor herself, tests recipes on employees who are patients. You have to have a medical marijuana card to purchase anything and items are dine out only.
Princial says her kitchen is a place where art meets science, a place where the often complex nutritional needs of patients are being met.
