Tips to find the best produce for your Thanksgiving meal

- Eleven places like this Fry's on 20th Street and Highland are about to be really busy because people go all out for their Thanksgiving meals.

"The green beans, we do brussel sprouts, and if they're not fresh, your company is going to know and it's not going to taste how it should," Joanne Liston said.

Produce is a big part of the Thanksgiving meal and if you want to talk fruits and veggies, you talk to Willie Itule, who's one of the biggest produce suppliers in Arizona.

Here's what he told us about prices this year, so let's start with the good news.

You're going to see great deals on lettuce, specifically iceberg and romaine.

Mushrooms are looking great this year, so are your cranberries, and you may see those for $1.25 or $1.50 or less per bag.

But Willie tells us there are a few staples that you'll have to pay a little more for this year.

"Green beans... for the whole United States," he said.

"It's not cost so much... it's what you really want to eat," Barb Filosi said.

But if cost does matter, Willie suggests swapping the green beans for snap peas, which you'll see a better price for.
