PHOENIX, Ariz. (FOX 10) - It's the holiday season, which means millions of people are expected to be traveling. Travelers at Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix were surprised by the lower than expected crowds at the start of the Christmas weekend. Fox 10's Stephanie Olmo has the story.

Guatemalan child in Yuma Border Patrol custody thought to have measles has Strep throat
YUMA, Ariz. (FOX 10/AP) - Officials say an 8-year-old Guatemalan girl who is in the custody of Yuma Sector Border Patrol previously diagnosed measles underwent further testing and received a corrected diagnosis of Strep throat on Thursday.
According to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection , the girl and her father were part of a group of 39 people who illegally crossed the Colorado River near Yuma on Wednesday. The group consisted of illegal immigrants from Guatemala and Honduras.
The child and her father were quarantined from the other migrants and the Yuma County Health Department was notified, per protocol.Read the full article
Arizona teen beats cancer, celebrates end of treatment 1 year after diagnosis
MESA, Ariz. (FOX 10) -- And just like that, one chapter ends and a new one begins. It was a year ago when Kannon Riecks was diagnosed with Ewing's sarcoma.
"I was in shock.. I was confused.. I didn't know what was happening," said Kannon.
It's a rare type of cancer that forms in the bones or soft tissue around the bones. The disease is most common amongst children and young adults.Read the full article
