Valley students make cards for injured officers

Two Phoenix police officers are out of the hospital recovering after police say a man intentionally drove his car into a group of officers Tuesday morning.
On Thursday some students in south Phoenix spent time in the classroom working on cards for the injured officers.
When this fourth grade class heard three Phoenix police officers were mowed over by a car, they wanted to let them know how much they cared. Hand-written cards were the answer.
About 50 cards in total will be distributed to the officers who do not know about this yet.
FOX 10's Marcy Jones was live in the classroom with the students.
