Valley woman recounts road horror

It's an accident we first reported on last week, which involved the suspect, another vehicle, and a Scottsdale Police car.

"Ahhh! I don't know! I don't know where I am at! A guy is hitting into the back of me, trying to kill me on the road," said a woman during a 911 call, as she was being terrorized on a Valley road by another driver who was allegedly following her, and repeatedly ramming into the back of her car.

The suspect was arrested, and everyone involved was OK, including the woman who made the call, now identified as Fatima Tsouli.

"A drunk driver chasing you for that long, absolutely I thought I was going to die," said Tsouli.

"OK, what kind of car are you in?" asked the 911 dispatcher.

"I'm in a white BMW. Oh my god!" Tsouli replied, during the 911 conversation. She was on her way to a kickball game Thursday evening when a driver came up behind her, flashing his lights. The driver allegedly rammed into the back of Tsouli's car, and flicked her off.

As she was on the phone with 911, Tsouli was still being chased down by the driver. The dispatcher's asked Tsouli to calm down and listen, but she said it was not easy.

"Someone bashing into the back of you with their car, you're not gonna think about what they're telling you," said Tsouli, who went on to say the look on the man's face still haunts her to this day.

"Like a rage, like anger, and he was going in a spiral - right and left, right and left - with no expression on his face," said Tsouli.

Police finally caught up with Tsouli and the driver near 48th and Thomas.

"I actually ran out of my car," said Tsouli. "I had no shoes on, and I stood in the middle of the street crying."
