Vigil underway at state capitol in support of president's immigrant relief plan

An 18-hour vigil is underway at the state capitol in support of President Obama's administrative relief for undocumented immigrants.

"Promise Arizona" is holding the vigil in support of the president's plan, which would keep more than five million immigrants and their families together by providing undocumented immigrants with temporary protections against deportation.

The state of Texas is challenging the plan and that challenge will be heard at the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington.

The vigil began at 6 p.m. on Sunday night and is scheduled to last until noon on Monday.
