PHOENIX (FOX 10) - This weekend is the annual VNSA book sale where you can score tons of books for great deals.

There are 500,000 books for sale at the 63rd annual VNSA book sale.

"We have 27 categories with seven different subcategories under each category," said Angela Cade, Chairwoman.

Angela Cade is the Chairwoman for the event. She says people come from far and wide to try and snag the best books to add to their collection.

"They range in price from 50 cents in children's to up to maybe seven or eight dollars in suspense, of course, we do have more expensive ones in rare and unusual," said Cade.

The VNSA, or Volunteer Non-profit Service Association, book sale also helps give back to two local charities.

"Proceeds from the book sale go to two main charities, Literacy Volunteers of Maricopa County and Arizona Friends of Foster Children," said Cade.

The book sale continues through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Arizona State Fairgrounds.
