PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Well, it's raining here in the valley, so Fox 10 Phoenix hit the streets to see what people think about it.

While rain ruined plans for some people, others say we need to soak in the rainy days while we can. And of course, some weren't even phased by the terrential downpour.
