PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Who can forget Marcia Clark, the lead prosecutor in the O.J. Simpson trial?
She's now in the valley representing a woman in a high-profile domestic violence case.
The woman is the former girlfriend of Bob Parsons Jr., who is the son of GoDaddy.com founder Bob Parsons.
He's facing criminal charges; four counts of aggravated assault in connection to the incident. That happened in July, and the alleged victim came forward today saying she is filing a civil lawsuit against Parsons Jr.
Marcia Clark is representing Tanya Cup, who is seeking monetary damages for assault, battery, false imprisonment, and emotional distress.

"Her injuries and her treatment is ongoing, and it continues to mount, both psychological, emotional, and physical. She is getting all kinds of treatment at this time. Right now we are fearful of neurological damage, hearing loss; she suffers from tremors," said Clark.
Parsons has not been convicted in court and is out of jail with an ankle monitoring bracelet, his attorney declined to comment on this story.
